I am sorry to have to post this, I never air out my issue in public, but with no response from Shi in over 3 month I have to. Here is my story. I had a wonderful sales person (Shi) We ordered our new garage door, two men delivered the door in the rain and dropped one panel. 10/13/2024 Then he sent one person to install a double garage door by themself. My old opener sounded like a train wreck every time it lifted our oversized garage door. When it finally broke, Shay answered my call and said, "I can be there in 20 minutes"! His recommendation agreed with my on-line research and I was quickly the proud owner of a new LiftMaster 98032 wall-mounted opener... very quiet! Watching Shay work, I had the feeling he could do this in his sleep. He is a true craftsman who knows his stuff. Highly recommended!
Called him and he was here in 15 minutes. He explained what was needed and finished the repairs in an hour. He was very professional and efficient. I will recommend them to anyone that needs garage door work done.
My spring snap and within the hour of the call he was over and had a fair price to fix. Did the work same day within 45 minutes highly recommend for any garage door repairs
Shay was great! Fast and efficient service. We hopefully won’t need help anytime soon since we have brand new everything but if we have issues we will be calling Shay.
