Very professional staff, easy process, and was able to schedule me for laser therapy same day.
I received an ablation on my thoracic area. i was hopeful, but it didn't help long term sadly. when i came in for my follow up, i explained how i felt, had a lot of heaviness on my right side, i didn't blame him at all, just stated how i felt. he quickly dismissed me, after acting like he couldn't believe i wasn't immediately cured. he stated he could no longer treat me. very dismissive, robotic, and cold.
Dr Flanagin is amazing, he is personable, never feel rushed.
Amazing doctor and staff. Dr Flanagan makes what can be a very intimidating procedure very comfortable. I’d recommend this office to everyone I know.
