You have sent a bill to collections from 3 years ago. Never did you try to reach out to us. This is over a strep test. You sent us to collections over a strep test. You never send a bill you never call you just send a text saying it’s been sent to collections. For something that happened 3 years ago. We have paid every other bill we have ever had immediately. The offshore, third-party billing company Naples Pathology Associates uses should be investigated for fraud. No one is ever available to answer questions. I have tried at least 5 times to speak with someone regarding an incorrect bill and no one is ever able to help. It's always the same young, soft-spoken indian guy who answers the phone. Beware. Ask your dermatologies first before having samples sent to Naples Pathology or any other lab. Make sure it's exactly what you need and check your options for better prices even if cash pay. I recently had some moles removed by a dermatologist that were sent to Naples Pathology Associates. When I got the bill, I was speechless. Upon researching, the bill for just the basics was 6x the price of Medicare prices. Shockingly, it's apparently what my Florida Blue "negotiated" for those of us not on Medicare.
