I ordered a custom pendant and was impressed by how carefully they listened to my ideas. There were a couple of small adjustments during the design process, but communication was clear the entire time. Seeing the finished piece for the first time was a really special moment.

I have a Rolex that needed service and contacted a different jeweler, the one with the big Rolex sign in front. They said they don't service Rolex's? (you sell them but don't service them?)They gave me another name and I reached out to that store three times with no response. Then I reached out to Naples Jewelers and they invited me to stop by. The owner was very friendly we discussed my watches history and he gave me an estimate to fix. It was fixed to perfection for slightly less than the estimate.

Honest, reputable, quality in-house jeweler for custom made jewelry, for repairs, and for watch service, plus amazingly helpful staff. Tom is very knowledgeable of all aspects of jewelry. Naples Jewelers staff provides custom work with first quality results. Accommodating responsive service and great value!!!

Tom, Dave and AJ went so far above and beyond any expectation I could of ever dreamed for our wedding. From the engagement ring to our wedding bands we could not even be happier and thanks to them and my beautiful Bride our wedding sparkled like nothing before. Thanks guys again, and again, you guys ALWAYS outshine the competition. I truly do have a friend or three in the jewelry biz.
