There was a small delay when my custom order was being completed, which was frustrating at first. They contacted me before I even had to ask, apologized, and kept me informed until it was ready. I appreciated the honest communication.

I had no fixed budget and didn’t think that there would be many options available for me, but I was pleasantly surprised. There were a lot of gorgeous options, and they did not try to pressurize me into spending any more than I could afford.

Took a watch in for repair, they claimed my watch to be a "wanna be" because they had no idea what they were holding. Did hardly any research, said it didnt feel right, hahaha, needless to say took it down to a road to an actual watch repair shop, who 1. Confirmed it is authentic as I knew it was, and 2. Got me a quote and an estimated date to get repaired. What a joke. The only wanna be here is the jeweler. If you dont know what youre looking at dont give customers misinformation, it makes you look like an ass.

I ordered a custom pendant and was impressed by how carefully they listened to my ideas. There were a couple of small adjustments during the design process, but communication was clear the entire time. Seeing the finished piece for the first time was a really special moment.

I have a Rolex that needed service and contacted a different jeweler, the one with the big Rolex sign in front. They said they don't service Rolex's? (you sell them but don't service them?)They gave me another name and I reached out to that store three times with no response. Then I reached out to Naples Jewelers and they invited me to stop by. The owner was very friendly we discussed my watches history and he gave me an estimate to fix. It was fixed to perfection for slightly less than the estimate.
