Dr. Naples, is very dismissive of real concern s when talking with patient. He came iti room and didn't even wash his hands. Well he didn't even touch me so I guess did not feel the need to wash his hands. I was having chest pain of unknown cause. When asked about feeling that something was stuck in my chest the response was. "If it is a pill from Noon, it will wash down." No suggestion to follow- up with ENT. I, unfortunately had to go to the ER and Dr. Naples was the physician assigned to me. He made me feel stupid for coming to the ER. I told him that my doctor had advised me to go to the ER and I gave him the reasons my doctor told me to go. He said that was ridiculous. He was demeaning, and rude. Why did he become a doctor? It is because of doctor's like him that people (including myself) won't come into the ER or seek help when it may be needed. I also had the displeasure of meeting this man in the St. Mary's ER. Rude, demeaning, pompous and incredibly unlikable. Made me feel like I was bothering him with my very presence! No polish or bedside manner. Hope I never run into him again!
