I, unfortunately had to go to the ER and Dr. Naples was the physician assigned to me. He made me feel stupid for coming to the ER. I told him that my doctor had advised me to go to the ER and I gave him the reasons my doctor told me to go. He said that was ridiculous. He was demeaning, and rude. Why did he become a doctor? It is because of doctor's like him that people (including myself) won't come into the ER or seek help when it may be needed. I also had the displeasure of meeting this man in the St. Mary's ER. Rude, demeaning, pompous and incredibly unlikable. Made me feel like I was bothering him with my very presence! No polish or bedside manner. Hope I never run into him again!

I had the displeasure of meeting Dr Jeremy Naples in the St Mary's Ozaukee ER on 11/21 and found him to be very rude, judgemental and incompationate when seeking care for my son. He was dismissive and didn't feel he was "worth treating".
