*This review does not concern the sales department of Naples Infiniti* I just received my car back from the service department of Infiniti of Naples and could not be more disappointed. My car was brought into Infiniti for work that was covered under the manufacturers basic warranty. I flipped my mats over because I have very light beige interior, to avoid them getting dirty while the car was being serviced. When the car came back the mat was flipped back over and filthy. Take your business elsewhere. The customer service has been awful. I'm still waiting for a return call from the GM after 6 months of trying. I keep calling and he's never available. I waited 3 hours to talk to him and he still wasn't available. When we negotiated the sale of my SUV, we specifically asked for all maintenance, including the major service milestones, be included.
