I have yet to receive a resolution from Towne Place Miami airport or Naples Hotel group. This hotel has been completely unresponsive and unhelpful to military service members for over three months. A group travel arrangement was made through the U.S. Navy, and several members were double charged on cards that were never authorized for payment. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I’ve been with this company almost 6 years and their hospitality has been one of the reasons I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
