Our first time there last weekend definitely won't be our last! The hotel is very comfortable, we loved the pool and the staff was amazing. Tamarin at the front desk did her job perfectly and George and staff at the pool bar are spot on! We can't wait to get back for another staycation!
I think the Naples Grande is a nice place but certainly not what The Registry Resort was. In the 90's and early 2000's the Registry was comparative to The Ritz if not a little nicer. The pool and beach area could use a little touch up paint. If I owned this resort I would increase sales by 30% after making the necessary improvement including going back to the old name.
I attended the Arthrex Orthopaedic Technology Update Meeting here. The staff and service were awesome, thanks for a great (but too brief) stay.
Nice hotel with great food. Long walk to the beach so you better use their golf cart raxi service.
The hotel has a lot to offer, but is dated and not very well maintained. We paid over $600 a night to stay in a suite and requested a late checkout and they were not accommodating to our request at all. I would avoid this hotel if you want good customer service.
This was by far one of the nicest stays I've had! Staff is extremely personable and will go out of their way to assist you. Overall a great experience and would definitely plan to visit again.
