Best spa in Naples! Be pampered and feel pretty! Their massage and facials are the best and their stylists in the Salon are great! Try their spa Naples Grande pedicure . You will be so relaxed when you leave.. It's Fabulous! Make an appointment with Jade in the spa for hair and nails, she is great!
On the third day into our stay, the pool umbrellas vanished! We were informed that they were "being cleaned and serviced", with no temporary substitution other than spend $170 for a poolside cabana (which were unoccupied every day), chair hopping to seek relief from the sun, or spend $30 to have an umbrella opened for us at the beach. Completely unsatisfactory. When at a "luxury resort", I expect complimentary umbrellas at the poolside as I expect towels in the hotel rooms. Naples is very beautiful and upscale.The hotel was fabulous and we had a fantastic time shopping and dining outdoors. Can't wait to visit again.
Soo happy we chose this resort for our honeymoon! They met our expectations and beyond. We would love to come here again :)
There is no handy cap accessebal anywere in this hotel. Everything is broken and i dont recamend this hotel to much money has been wasted for the horribal service
My daughter and I had a wonderful spa experience . We did yoga together & had fabulous facials. The entire stay was awesome!!
