Absolute horrible dentist office. They have no idea what they are doing and they will waste your time. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. Run from this place. They take zero accountability and have zero professionalism. Do not risk going to this office. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
I want to be fair: I had several positive visits here and genuinely appreciated that Dr. De La Riva and her team accommodated my preference to forgo anesthetic. The clinical care itself was competent, and I'm giving two stars rather than one because of that history. I was prescribed a chlorhexidine rinse by Dr. de La Riva with no verbal warning that it could stain my teeth brown. It did, visibly, within 10 days (normally it takes 2 weeks). Came in extremely nervous and scared, I don't do well at the dentist at all. Dr. Mikha is amazing!! She put me at ease explaining enough to make me comfortable but not enough that I would overthink and get nervous. I came in for a wisdom tooth that was half gone .. literally half of the tooth was missing... I was nervous about a painful extraction..or bits being left behind in my mouth...
