How anyone could rate this business any better than one star is beyond me. I took my computer in with a power problem and suggested that I thought the charger had gone bad. They charged me $100 diagnostic fee and came back to me and told me the charger was fine but my battery was failing as was the mother board! I asked how the battery was failing if I got 4 hour run time? Additionally the computer ran fine so why was the mother board be failing? They said that is what they found and the repair cost would be too much. ... read more
