I'm so glad that Michael was recommended to me. I called other computer support companies prior to finding him and they had a 48-72 hour turn around but I dropped my laptop off with Michael on a Saturday and he had it back to me within 6 hours. He replaced my hard drive and installed new software at a very reasonable price and my laptop is working faster than ever. If you are looking for someone professional, call Michael.
Michael did a fantastic job converting our software from Windows 7 to Windows 10. He made sure everything was virus protected and backed up. Michael updated our laptop 3 years ago by successfully installing Windows 10 to replace Windows 7. Recently, we bought a new laptop with Windows 11 and Michael came to our home and transferred / formatted everything from the old to the new. The result is flawless......Craig and Mary
