Spent a day at NCH Baker Hospital this month Cardiac Center / Observation and could not be happier with the service. Everybody was on top of their game, friendly, expertise 100%. As an Engineer I analyze data and look at patterns, the doctors and staff were A+++
Another Review: Family member came in and NO Doctor has been seen in over 4 hoirs. Ridiculous place. I highly recommend PRamCm sure I'm not the only one whMexperienced a bad ER front end/triage experience here. I was baffled to say the least at the service recieved. I understand long waits however an 8 hr wait when i was triaged before a nightly "regular" with zero issue. Once inside the Physicians and Support Staff were great.
I began as a patient at NCH Baker Hospital in 2023. In December 2022, my primary care physician found an irregularity in my EKG. After extensive tests over three months through the Swift Medical Team, I was admitted, and a catheterization was performed. The interventionalist found two major blocks in my LAD, one of which was 93% occluded. He put two stents in. Love it here!
My husband was there on numerous occasions a few years back during his battle with cancer. During one visit in the middle of the night he partially pulled out a vent tube. A nurse named Bill heard him and talked him through reinserting it. My husband said Bill saved his life with his calm kindness and knowledge. My husband has since passed but he never stopped talking about his angel nurse Bill.
