the arrogance of this dealership is beyond disbelief. Buyer beware!!! This dealer will say we will give you $32,000 for your car. When the sheet comes out with all the figures the trade in allowance is now $31,000. When you question it they tell you your really getting $32,400 with the tax savings. So in essence there taking credit for your tax savings (unreal). Then they want $2477 for a Naples Advantage program that your don't want but they tell you everybody has to buy it. Bad dealership to buy from they force you to buy the naple advantage plan for $ 2400 and pretty much is the same thing you insurance offer you.
