We were in A Dyer situation. My elderly mother had ben a customer four years. When she got disabled to manage her compartment, her family empty jet. Before the contract was up. Even after failed attempts. Do 2 unknown circumstances? They refunded the remaining amount. They were very courteous and pleasant. Wood definitely recommend this facility.
