Kirk gets the job done perfectly and he is sincere and fair. He has helped us on a house in Pacific Grove and one in Pebble Beach. In both cases, there was a less expensive option he explored, mapped out, and recommended because it would work. Can't say enough about this guy, except I wouldn't even bother to go anywhere else.
