LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my windows! Naperville Windows offers three ranges with their Marvin Windows, and I went with the top range (all wood- about 30-40 windows). Cannot say enough good things about this company. Don and their sales guy Bruce were very easy to work with, they were very transparent and not pushy like some salesmen are, had a great showroom to showcase all of our buying options, very communicative, and most importantly, very fair with their pricing while doing incredible work. I got 12 windows replaced and a sliding door. The pricing is upfront and direct (no gimmicks or fake coupons, like some of the other competitors). Sandy was able to provide me with many different quotes as I changed my mind throughout the process, and she was very polite and quick. This Company was 5 star from the very beginning. Quoting our new 9ft. Double front entry doors was smooth and easy. The guy who did the measure and quote was reliable, efficient with our time and spot on in every way. Our price was extremely fair for the custom quality products we received. We had 18 new Marvin Elevate Windows installed just before Christmas. We are so happy with our new windows. The installation team was excellent. Joe and his crew really did an amazing job. They worked so hard for 2 and 1/2 days. The finished product looks beautiful. Also, Don and Sandy were easy to work with. No song and dance routine. They measure your existing windows and let you decide which windows you would like estimated and how you would like to customize them.
