Terrible experience. Poor communication, unorganized service, and they lost my almost-new tire. The staff was rude and dismissive when I followed up. Unprofessional and careless—never trusting them with my truck again. I had a very frustrating experience with this shop from start to finish. Their communication is terrible—I had to call them multiple times just to get updates on my truck because they never called me. Wow this place is amazing! We are a family of five who quit our jobs, rented out our home and are traveling in an RV while my husband homeschools our kiddos and I work Locum CRNA jobs. While traveling through Naperville Ill our coolant light came on and we found a crack in our coolant reservoir. We got on google and lucked upon Naper Truck Center.
