If I could give this crooks less stars I would. I got a collections notice from. Here from 2019. Which I don’t even remember. That’s besides the point. I HAVE INSURANCE. It seems like this is an ongoing issue at this dump that they purposely don’t bill your insurance companies and over charge you and then send to collections. I never got a bill from here just straight to collections. Even trying to get ahold of these people to demand and explanation is impossible. They never seem to answer or be within business hours. Office open from 8-4, M-F - Hey, those are MY working hours too! Tried to call SEVERAL times on my 30 minute lunch. Can't just take a coffee break to call; I teach. Call during plan time? What plan time? Teaching is a very different profession, and I love it - would never leave it. But all businesses should have a way to leave a message or send/return email. I do! So, I couldn't reach them by phone, and had no way to log in to pay my bill - because I never got one, so I didn't have an account number to log in to my acc... read more
