The team at Naperville Pool & Spa has been very easy to work with over the past five years. They are responsive and consultative when it comes to providing advice on how to manage our pool and spa. We've needed a few "emergency visits" through the years and they are always willing to accommodate us. A special shout-out goes to Taylor for helping us troubleshoot as well as dispatch our favorite techs on what is often short notice.
The service is GREAT! Always happy with my pool closing's and opening's along with scheduled cleanings of pool!
My interaction with this pool cleaning company was an absolutely dreadful experience. I initially reached out to them in June, hoping to have my pool opened for the season. A company representative arrived, uncovered the pool, and then proceeded to inform us that my pump was damaged and required replacement before any work could commence, he then departed. We recently bought a house with a pool that was in very poor shape. After using a different company that was a disaster I reached out to Naperville Pools and it has been an exceptional experience. They are on time, respond to emails promptly, and never try to sell you on something you don’t need. I have been so impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Taylor was amazing with extremely high level of quality customer service! I didn’t end up needing them to come out but if I ever do I will call them!
