The inground pool liner needed replacement. Naperville provide the ease of picking out the liner and installation. The crew did a phenomenal job installing the product in the middle of the summer. Pool was down for 3 days and back to enjoyment on the fourth day. Very professional and informative, Taylor is the best!
100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! Naperville Pools knows nothing about pools. Recently moved into a new home with a pool and in just two months, Naperville Pools put in so many chemicals, we are currently in the process of draining our pool in order to fix it. 1. Scheduled to make two simple repairs on the pool - sealing hot tub and fixing leak on slide pump - neither repair worked. 2. Came for weekly chemical adjustments and wrote the same numbers on our paper every week and added so much chlorine and ph, it would make our pool cloudy... read more
The team at Naperville Pool & Spa has been very easy to work with over the past five years. They are responsive and consultative when it comes to providing advice on how to manage our pool and spa. We've needed a few "emergency visits" through the years and they are always willing to accommodate us. A special shout-out goes to Taylor for helping us troubleshoot as well as dispatch our favorite techs on what is often short notice.
The service is GREAT! Always happy with my pool closing's and opening's along with scheduled cleanings of pool!
