New Update 4/22/19: Still a leak in our brand new hot tub. Third time we have requested that they come out to fix it. Each time it has to be emptied, refilled, new chemicals put in (at our cost of course), re heated. Still waiting for them to acknowledge our message that the hot tub is still leaking. Kind of embarrassing when people come over to go in the hot tub and you have to pull out a hose to fill it. I have never in my life asked someone to leave my house. I just asked the owner of this company to please get out of my house and never step foot back. Everyone we have dealt with has been rude (I'd say even say mean) He is so shady and so rude and argumentative. I was charged $4,000 beyond what we were quoted for this project in the end. LOVE THIS COMPANY!! – My family and I have had Naperville Pool & Spa put a beautiful pool in for us with a gorgeous rock waterfall. My experience with Naperville Pool & Spa was phenomenal. Scott, the owner, was friendly, attentive and delivered all of my specific needs on my dream pool. I have referred many of my neighbors and friends to him and will continue to do so.
