purchased car on-line and requested an inspection by independent party and was assured multiple times all was well and shouldn't have any issues - what I got was a cursory review by a mechanic that works with the dealership daily. $1300 in repairs later, owned less than a month, driven less than 50 miles and the dealership will not help me with the fixes they should have found (and repaired) before ever put it up for sale. Caveat Emptor is a understatement with this dealership.
Great experience. Cory and Shannon were Patient and honest. They went above and beyond with after hours help. I can’t say enough about their great service. They have an awesome variety of fun cars. Highly recommended!!!!
Both Corey and Shannon were extremely helpful in the process of making my first big automotive purchase. It began with making a call to the business shortly before closing after I spotted a car I was interested in online, and they stuck around to talk to us and work out a plan for me to purchase a 2014 Camaro 2SS. It's difficult to buy a car sight unseen and far away from someone you don't know...until now. My experience with Naperville Motor Cars and especially with sales rep Corey Zavala was a welcome surprise. Corey and Shannon went overboard to answer my many questions and concerns, supplying pictures, videos and answering late night emails. The dealership assisted in car transport and made the transaction as stress free as possible. Unfortunately, the post-purchase follow-up is somewhat lackluster.
Bought my green 1994 Corvette from these guys. Corey and Shannon were extremely helpful from the very beginning. Corey made the whole process really easy and actually fun! These guys break the "used car sales" stereotype, they made me feel like I was working with a friend. They even helped set up getting my car shipped. Overall I would definitely recommend them, they made out-of-state car buying a breeze.
