We hired Naperville Luxury Limo for our wedding day transportation service. Day of was excellent- prompt, professional, and overall great. However, the booking process left something to be desired. Our credit card was charged multiple times, which was eventually corrected, but the office organization seemed chaotic. While the service on the day was wonderful, the booking experience could use improvement.
DO NOT USE!!!!!! 0 stars. I used this company for 1 legit ride in September. Since then this company has been making several $400+ FRAUDULENT charges on my credit card for months!!! I just now caught them.
We used Naperville Luxury Limousine for a wedding this past weekend! Picked us up in SW suburbs and dropped off in Chicago. Great experience, clean vehicles, friendly drivers and friendly owner! Will use again when in need of transportation! Very nice cost as well.
We used Naperville Luxury Limousine for my wedding in September and we are very pleased with the service! We rented two sprinter vans (15 passengers capacity/bus) for the bride and groom's group. Both sprinter were to pick us up at different times and not only did they show up early to our pick up spot, they arrived at the church on time (you can imagine we were stressing about time throughout the morning).
