We had such an amazing time with Naperville Luxury Limousine! They made us feel so special and provided amazing services!! The prices and the bus were just incredible! The bus was clean, great music, and Sam our bus driver was prompt and very responsive! The party bus made our whole night! Definitely recommend!!

Stay away! Im not even sure this is a real business. Multiple duplicate charges. Problems getting refunds. Running an hour late to pick us up. We never even saw a limo. Had to drive ourselves to our own wedding…. Did refund us half the money they charged us. Should have been 100%. Per your reply: all false. No one called us to tell us about the breakdown. We hired Naperville Luxury Limo for our wedding day transportation service. Day of was excellent- prompt, professional, and overall great. However, the booking process left something to be desired. Our credit card was charged multiple times, which was eventually corrected, but the office organization seemed chaotic. While the service on the day was wonderful, the booking experience could use improvement.
