Was a loyal customer for 2+ years I was overbilled ($180 for a 20 mile/30 min trip) and contacted them for a refund/credit, they were completely rude and refused to refund or adjust my bill. They were not the slightest bit concerned they would a customer with OVER 30 RIDES with them. THEY ARE COMPLETE JERKS - BEWARE!!! There are several other Naperville-Based limo companies that are not only friendlier & more professional, but also at least 25% cheaper....

BEWARE We had disgusting inappropriateness and now BEWARE they also camouflage them selves as a 2294 wayland lane business here on our residential streets of Naperville. merchant circle and google listing. 2 listings on each - I think shows the true nature of somebody !
