Front desk was very helpful and responsive to link with my insurance and let me know my co-pays etc. It was easy to get an appointment. When I did go there, there was minimal wait time the staff was very professional and caring. Very clean and neat facility. I got my MRI done smoothly, and the results were faxed to my doctor within twenty four hours. Very reasonably priced, and this was one of the places where my copay was the lowest.

Poorly run business. The reception desk will waste your time dodging your phone calls. I’ve wasted an hour of my day trying to reach them to schedule an appointment. Their office is very unprofessionally run, and from reading other reviews it seems that the employees are unhappy with their work environment purposely loosing business for the owner. Read the reviews on yelp and don’t waste your time.

I was in the Naperville Imaging Center for an MRI appointment on the right shoulder. Patty was the worker who called me to the back & administered the MRI. As soon as I sat down on the bench in the MRI room & began to lay down, Patty unnecessarily grabbed the back of my head (with both of her hands while she was standing right there) just like a wrestler in a match. Serious customer service training needed by staff. Not welcoming and not nice. Not once look in the eyes. Just "id and form of payment". They are worse on the phone, they couldn't contact my insurance so they just told me im screwed and not once i got asked for a self pay which I did but I had to offer it to myself bc it didnt occur to them to help a customer and explain the options. Wish we could zero stars. Drove an hour and a half to get here as it was the earliest appointment we could get for an ultrasound. We were informed this week that our pregnancy bloodwork came back testing positive for trisomy 18 meaning the baby may already be dead but isn’t likely to survive birth. When we walked into the appointment, they informed me (the father) that I wouldn’t be allowed in to be a part of the ultrasound.
