Front desk was very helpful and responsive to link with my insurance and let me know my co-pays etc. It was easy to get an appointment. When I did go there, there was minimal wait time the staff was very professional and caring. Very clean and neat facility. I got my MRI done smoothly, and the results were faxed to my doctor within twenty four hours. Very reasonably priced, and this was one of the places where my copay was the lowest.

I experienced good in clinic service, but BEWARE the billing process. I was put into collections for a $52 bill that I never received. The billing group said they'd sent two emails and a letter, but I'd paid subsequent bills for more than $1000 which I didn't have any problem receiving (or paying!). Honestly, they didn't seem mean, but just didn't want to take the time to help. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and waited 45+ minutes (55 with check in time). I decided to cancel my appointment. The front desk staff was impersonal and impolite. They were only able to verbally confirm my cancelation, even though I repeatedly asked for a screenshot and/or printout. This was a huge waste of time. Note that after I posted my Google review, the supervisor sent me a text message to confirm my cancelation.

I was in the Naperville Imaging Center for an MRI appointment on the right shoulder. Patty was the worker who called me to the back & administered the MRI. As soon as I sat down on the bench in the MRI room & began to lay down, Patty unnecessarily grabbed the back of my head (with both of her hands while she was standing right there) just like a wrestler in a match. Went in for a MRI and Patty was my technician. I got freaked out and she talked me through it. I can't thank her enough for helping me. She is really great and you are really lucky having her as an employee.
