I got some ultrasounds done at this place. The receptionist Lady with black glasses was so unprofessional, took the tablet and signed me in herself asked me all personal questions out loud. Never asked her to assist with signing me in through the tablet mind you I was there The day before for another Ultrasound. The texh who did my MRI and close to my age group was helpful and pleasant. The front office staff were chatty and gossiped about people . The center should have more mature front office staff that does not talk drama. Just Putting this out there so it can be addressed
From when I walked in until I had finished my testing, EVERYONE was was pleasant and professional. I was greeted promptly with a smile and checked in. My ultrasound technician was very friendly and ct scan tech was happy and courteous as well. Great staff!
Had a great experience!! Great people, my MRI was done by Patty she was so nice to me. She was so professional too.
I would not recommend this facility. What they do not tell you is that unless you request it the day of your appointment, they will not provide the images they capture to your doctor’s office. And they do not tell you this the day of your appointment. So, now I have paid for imaging, but all my doctor received was a half page summary of my one hour long test. This is worthless. Good doctors will read the images themselves and not rely on a facility or radiologist they don’t know to draw conclusions about diagnoses or treatme... read more
