I experienced good in clinic service, but BEWARE the billing process. I was put into collections for a $52 bill that I never received. The billing group said they'd sent two emails and a letter, but I'd paid subsequent bills for more than $1000 which I didn't have any problem receiving (or paying!). Honestly, they didn't seem mean, but just didn't want to take the time to help. Wish we could zero stars. Drove an hour and a half to get here as it was the earliest appointment we could get for an ultrasound. We were informed this week that our pregnancy bloodwork came back testing positive for trisomy 18 meaning the baby may already be dead but isn’t likely to survive birth. When we walked into the appointment, they informed me (the father) that I wouldn’t be allowed in to be a part of the ultrasound. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received when trying to book an appointment. The communication with the scheduling staff was quite challenging. Unfortunately, the overall experience was rather frustrating. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the client experience going forward. Thank you for your time.
HORRIBLE service. I had an ultrasound after a second trimester loss. They wouldn’t let my husband back with me. The nurses were sterile. And the building was dirty and loud. The whole experience was very disappointing and annoying. I was a cash payment in hopes to get reimbursed through a health share service, the billing department is unhelpful and very rude. Because they are already paid they do not care to help any further. I do not recommend if you have a health share service.
Had a wonderful experience at the office. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. My ultrasound Tech Jessica was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and was super thorough. She answered all my questions and explained each part of the process
