HORRIBLE service. I had an ultrasound after a second trimester loss. They wouldn’t let my husband back with me. The nurses were sterile. And the building was dirty and loud. The whole experience was very disappointing and annoying. I was a cash payment in hopes to get reimbursed through a health share service, the billing department is unhelpful and very rude. Because they are already paid they do not care to help any further. I do not recommend if you have a health share service.
Had a wonderful experience at the office. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. My ultrasound Tech Jessica was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and was super thorough. She answered all my questions and explained each part of the process
They only send electronic statements, not paper ones, and they add a 2% fee for paying with a card in order to pass on their merchant fees to their patients. When I requested a paper statement, I was told that they could not generate one and that only the final notice would be mailed out. I never received the final notice and I was sent to collections. I got some ultrasounds done at this place. The receptionist Lady with black glasses was so unprofessional, took the tablet and signed me in herself asked me all personal questions out loud. Never asked her to assist with signing me in through the tablet mind you I was there The day before for another Ultrasound. The first receptionist lady was super nice and never asked for my personal information she just said put in your insurance information access tool in a tablet, handed me the tablet, signed in peacefully and went on a... read more
The ladies in the front desk were very nice but the young lady that took my xrays in my wrist was rude and didn’t have a great style to treat her pts will probably not be back to get upcoming xrays done.
