It just maked me wonder about the quality and professionalism of your Business. I called yesterday, emailed the doctor’s order for CT and MRI. I was told someone would call me today in the morning. It is 4 o’clock and I have not heard from anyone. I called just now and spoke with a live person who stated she was going to look for the order. I was on hold for seven minutes before I hung up. Looking for a different provider now.
I would not recommend this facility. What they do not tell you is that unless you request it the day of your appointment, they will not provide the images they capture to your doctor’s office. And they do not tell you this the day of your appointment. So, now I have paid for imaging, but all my doctor received was a half page summary of my one hour long test. This is worthless. Went for an ultrasound. They had my order, the appointment was made weeks ago. When I arrived, they didn’t mention anything about not knowing which type of ultrasound was needed. 25 minutes in they called me back to say they had to call my doctors office. This is pure nonsense. Then the manager kicked the can down the road saying oh human error. Had a great experience!! Great people, my MRI was done by Patty she was so nice to me. She was so professional too.
From when I walked in until I had finished my testing, EVERYONE was was pleasant and professional. I was greeted promptly with a smile and checked in. My ultrasound technician was very friendly and ct scan tech was happy and courteous as well. Great staff!
