Had a wonderful experience at the office. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and efficient. My ultrasound Tech Jessica was phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable and was super thorough. She answered all my questions and explained each part of the process
They only send electronic statements, not paper ones, and they add a 2% fee for paying with a card in order to pass on their merchant fees to their patients. When I requested a paper statement, I was told that they could not generate one and that only the final notice would be mailed out. I never received the final notice and I was sent to collections. I got some ultrasounds done at this place. The receptionist Lady with black glasses was so unprofessional, took the tablet and signed me in herself asked me all personal questions out loud. Never asked her to assist with signing me in through the tablet mind you I was there The day before for another Ultrasound. The texh who did my MRI and close to my age group was helpful and pleasant. The front office staff were chatty and gossiped about people . The center should have more mature front office staff that does not talk drama. Just Putting this out there so it can be addressed
I just want to make an Xray-appointment for my mom in law. I called FIVE times and 8 mins each time. The wired thing is they said press on the brief hold and no one answer the phone then the phone disconnected. The worst! Worst experience at all! I hope they can improve customer satisfaction experience!
