Dr. Mulder was friendly, patient and understanding of the issue I ran into at the other Naperville Costco location (ref my review on Tomisch Eye Care). He fixed the problem and so far the new glasses with the correct lenses are working great.
Best experience, ever! I'm so thankful I gave Naperville Eye Care a try. Not only was every interaction with the staff wonderful, but I was also pleasantly surprised to find that I no longer needed to get my eyes dilated to confirm eye health and rule out conditions like glaucoma and macular degeneration, as they have an incredible machine that can capture these images without needing dilation. Dr. Amy Patel is the best. She is very kind and helped me in an emergency situation with my eye, which was very important. Also, Dr. Amy helps with my annual eye evaluation and makes sure my eye health is good. Thank you Dr Amy!
