My wife was there for the Thyroid biopsy, and when her biopsy came out positive for Papillary carcinoma, the doctor was not very keen in follow-ups or any treatment plans. On top of that they resisted in giving her reports to her; we finally got it and reached out to the Loyola Medical Group (who is now treating her with amazing service). Beat this, in the report the doctor described her as white caucasian, whereas she is of Pakistani decent (brown).
