The front office manager is the most incompetent and rude person I have ever dealt with. She refuses to send me invoices for my appointments so I can submit them to my HSA - when I have asked SEVERAL times for them. She has been awful for the several years that I have been going there. The therapists, on the other hand, are wonderful.
I have been going to this practice for several years. The doctor I have worked with is outstanding and I have met with wonderful success. She has seen me through multiple crisis situations. She has always been warm, professional and is exceptionally compassionate. The office staff have always been wonderful to work with. I have been to a few other practices that do not compare.
