The crew at Naperville Carpets and Air Ducts does a great job cleaning carpets, very affordable and reliable service and company. Our carpet looked fantastic after the job, colors are restored. I would definitely recommend them without hesitations.
We highly recommend their service! The rep was professional and polite. I appreciated his thoroughness and positive attitude. I also like the customer service call to see if I need my carpets clean. It seems like the timing was perfect. Also appreciated the followup call.
Their staff is very skilled, responsive and friendly!! I can not express how amazing of a job has Naperville Carpets and Air Ducts did on my carpets. I had some pretty deep pet stains and not only he get them out but he got the smell out also. He was extremely courteous, did fast but great quality work!!
