The other reviews include the owner’s salesman who gives good reviews to the dealerships he works with (check his reviews history) and the other lady is the owner’s daughter so their reviews are biased. Would definitely recommend!! Tom was an amazing and polite man! He was very easy to work with, very courteous as well. Definitely a salesman you can trust! The buying process was easy with this dealership! I live a few hours away and when I got there, Neveed made the paperwork quick and hassle free, I was on my way home with a new car in less than an hour! Tom and Neveed are both to be complimented, they are very great guys, would definitely do business with again! I love my new car, thank you Naperville Car Outlet!
