First time I've taken a car to Naperville Automotive Solutions. The work that was done to address a recent vibration that had cropped up involved some troubleshooting on their part. I was impressed that the problem was found quickly and was explained in a no-nonsense but friendly way. When I picked up the the car they offered to show me the damaged parts without my asking. I took my car to Naperville Automotive Solutions when the check engine light came on and the engine was running rough. Instead of going to the dealership, which quoted a much higher price, Mark and his team diagnosed the issue quickly and cost-effectively. They repaired it and now the car runs much smoother. Mark was patient and thorough in explaining the diagnostic steps, and he provided a clear breakdown of the costs before starting the work. Excellent customer service as well as Excellent mechanic work on my vehicles. The very first time I brought my vehicle here,I was greeted and treated like a long time regular customer. Mechanics were very detailed and thorough with my vehicles and did great work. I would highly recommend this place. 👌
