I had an appt scheduled for 7/13 from 4:00-7:00. I received a call letting me know that it had to be changed to 7/14 from 3:00-6:00. I was also assured that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to let me know of arrival time. I called the company at 5:30 to ask if someone was still coming. The person told me yes, and that she would have the technician, Nathan, contact me ASAP. I then called at 5:55 after not hearing from anyone. I don't know why the previous reviewer said this company has no physical address. Anyway, called them and set up next day appointment. The technician was on time and seemed like he knew what he was doing. Fixed my washing machine in no time. It's been a month now and I haven't had any problems. But even if I did they guarantee their job for a year so I am covered. So yes, I am a happy customer.
