Very Poor Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Naperbrook Medical Center. The experience started poorly when I called the office. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, which immediately made me uncomfortable with the level of customer service. Unfortunately, the experience did not improve after I arrived. The wait time was ridiculously long, with little communication or explanation from the staff.
