The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because everyone at this facility was kind and understanding for the most part. I took my cat here because he was tired and did not eat for 36 hours. The first vet diagnosed him with terminal kidney issues, and that there was nothing they could do other than transfer him to a specific hospital that would cost my family enough to bankrupt us. I can't imagine a nasty, mean review! "SHORTY aka Sweetie" has a great Vet, Dr. Lopez. This practice as a whole has been wonderful! The front and back staff are excellent in their way with the pet I cherish! Humans or pet owners can complain, it's really up to the pets, isn't it! Sweetie used to shake, but now she handles it better! It's up to you if you want to take the medication or not. Dr. is very thorough!

Great! We take out 2 cats here. We also foster random stray kittens we manage to catch. They always do the full work up and start vaccines. “Fixing” is horribly expensive here unfortunately so, just do that at Napa humane. Otherwise, all of the staff is very kind and caring!
