AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We were fraudulently charged for a booking that never took place. We never signed a contract or credit card authorization and were charged.
This was our second time booking with NVTT. For our most recent experience we were fortunate to have James (JC) as our chauffeur. Following our pre-arranged itinerary, JC made our 4 days in Napa seamless. He was always punctual, walked us into each winery to introduce us, was a wealth of knowledge regarding the wineries and Napa history, and seemed to know everyone. Our future Napa trip will definitely include requesting JC as our chauffeur with NVTT.
