Highly recommend booking with this tour company. I sent a request the day before my birthday panicking because I had not booked a wine tour for my birthday while in Napa. Justin was on it! He called instead of emailing me back. He reached out to Sophie (the concierge) and she put the tour together and the next day Michael picked us up and I had an amazing birthday!!! Thanks to the whole team!!

We were genuinely excited about our upcoming trip to Napa and the opportunity to use this company’s services. Unfortunately, due to unexpected health concerns in the family, we had to cancel our plans. We notified the company three weeks in advance, yet were still charged over $700. While I understand their cancellation policy includes retaining the deposit, it was disheartening to see such a substantial charge applied despite the ample notice. What a great company to do business with! We were referred to NVTT by a friend, and Mike and Aurlia took great attention to designing a trip for us that met our desires and preferences. We visited 3 wineries that came recommended by the company, all of which had a different experience to offer.
