Great service thought I would have to leave brace to me reinsured but no they indoected st brace and replaces sll straps way surpassed expectations I highly recommend this place customer service great

I am a below the knee amputee and my request for a new prosthesis was simple. I was given little or no communication as to why it took from April 9, 2015 ( my initial appointment) until Thanksgiving for completion. I was shocked because after all that time my leg was ill-fitting, heavy and shape-less; and a concern I had about the foots adjustable heel height was not addressed.
