My partner and I recently attended Dr. Nelsen's intimacy building couples workshop over Valentines Day Weekend. I cannot recommend it highly enough! It was a fun class that felt completely comfortable and safe. We were able to work individually as a couple which helped me feel more at ease than sharing in a group setting. We learned lots about our love languages, had fun hands on exercises and left feeling excited to implement our new learned ways of connecting.
There are few places to go for non-judgmental, shame-free help with one’s sexual life and Napa Valley Couples Therapy Center is one of those places. Their sex therapists assist people with the challenges and relationship issues that prevent them from fully experiencing their sexuality wholly and holistically. Dr. Christina Nelsen is a superb sex & couples therapist. She made us feel comfortable and safe talking about vulnerable issues such as sex. She helped us to learn healthy (secure) attachment behaviors, and taught us to deepen our emotional, physical and sexual intimacy and break our "negative cycle" that had previously prevented us from connecting.
