My husband who worked for Penn's Best for 27 years and then for Napa when they bought them out was let go because a doctor put undetermined when return to work date. He had a spinal cord injury and has intentions of returning to work. Napa told him he is a hardship to the company they have no clue what hardship is. Even though they have kept his vacation pay. in the mail we also received a card to recruit. Now why is that?

Used to be employee I work for their noodle division I to Winchester Virginia bringing back-and-forth shuttles was told in the beginning that I would get paid for 2 trips and I was paid by the trip didn't always get 2 trips and I was always chasing down empties Was also made to be a yard jockey
