I in big error objected to a review by Tony. I meant to be in complete agreement with him. The office staff is one of two reasons I quit after being a patient for 16 yrs. Staff rude & intolerable. I quit and found anothe MD.
Dr. Carandang is one of the best physicians I’ve ever encountered. I’m only giving this office 3 stars, because her front office staff (namely, “Hazel”) is very condescending. Her body language and tone of her voice dictates everything and projects her bad attitude. I know most of us don’t make a lot of money, but we deserve to have good customer service.
