Poor service – This company came to pump my septic tank and left it half full, saying "We got all the solids, it's fine!". Only latter did I learn from my plumber that the tank must be completely pumped so that it can be inspected for cracks and leaks. For the half pumped tank they charged me $575. Napa Septic Tank Service is a rip-off!
