We had a wonderful time at Napa Rose, food was delicious. It is well worth the price as the service and experience was exceptional. Our waiter made sure we had everything we needed.

First, avoid this restaurant. We have been there for dinner many times before the refurbishment. It was truly fantastic back then, but not any more. It’s beautiful inside, and out on the new patio, and our server (they call him a table captain , I think) was very nice, BUT…..we went there for a great dinner and it was a disaster. The almost $200.00 per person price-fix menu had very few items that appealed to us. Napa Rose sets a benchmark for fine dining in Orange County: beautifully crafted seasonal menu, impeccable service, and an elegant atmosphere inside the Grand Californian that feels genuinely special. For clients moving to OC from major metro areas, this is the kind of restaurant that instantly signals the region punches well above its weight on the dining front.
This is heart-breaking that I have to do this, but I need to raise the red flag, as I want to get their leadership's attention.
