If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This is some of the worst service that I have ever received from a bike shop. We are road enthusiasts and I have two very high end bikes. We called ahead about a rental and we were told that they had a carbon Focus with Ultegra components, and given this, I was satisfied that the bike would be decent enough quality for me to enjoy the ride. Beware if your a female who does not know much about bikes. Just tried to pay to have them inspect a brand new road bike bought somewhere else and put pedals on, but to my surprise, they said I needed a rebuild for $250- of a brand new bike. This was a new bike purchased online at Competitive Cyclist in Utah-who actually rebuilt the bike from scratch 1 week ago. Shocked that I could not even pay them for a tune-up at the most.
