First, this should be a learning experience for the team members at Store Quest. Accountability and communication are vital to the success of business. I called on June 19th to confirm cancellation of the storage unit. And the team member confirmed with me via phone call on June 19th at 9:11 a.m. that it would take a couple of days of confirmation with the accounting office and the manager.
