I was late for a scheduled appointment because my battery was dead. AA came over & charged it . Your service department took immediate action on my car. Another appointment is necessary asap.
I took my truck in for a service recall. Appointment was made with a time and date specifically to fix the issue, it is very disappointing to get a call right before closing time saying they didn’t even touch it. I took time out of my work day to have this issue taken care of TODAY, to only find myself losing more money not having a way of transportation to the work place the next day just because they couldn’t figure out their own schedule.
