Was great, was able to conduct a oil change service shortly after arrival and took about a hour.
Received top tier service from the Napa Ford service team. Special shout out to supervisor/manager Danny, for going above and beyond.
Just pulled into the Ford service lot for a headlight bulb replacement and met this cool dude named Ramon who helped me put straight away with a kind smile. I would 100% recommend for anyone to come in because it was a great customer service.
I have the directions to get there but I look forward to having our car serviced there. Stay tuned!
