Took my vehicle there for service. My spark plugs kept coming out. Ford fixed it the first time and then didnt charge me for the second time even though it was a different cylinder. Amazing customer service. I am a customer for life thank you.
I bought a new Explorer last week here. My very first new car and my very first Ford. I did a lot of shopping and Sean was the only salesman who i met that actually called me to follow up. Other sales people just emailed me or didnt even bother to follow. Sean was very friendly and didnt try to sell me a car. He just wanted to educate me so i made a good decision.
