Napa Jeannette .May I just say that.. just about every person there has helped me one way or another ..Alex has helped me with changing my wiper blades in cold weather ,to my key fob battery. Jake has put up with my multiple questions and is always happy to do so. Bill has looked things up for me before and they were right. Brandan who has helped me out with my lug nuts that were difficult, to topping off my fluids.. Everyone of them was polite and kind, I am happy everytime I walk in there. Thank you Napa Jeannette

I tried going in for a new battery for my key fob. The associate was very rude and didnt put in an effort to provide high quality customer service. I politely informed him I needed a battery for my key fob (provided the details of what car i had) and said he wasnt able to look it up in his system that way. I asked if he could open my fob to look and see what battery my key fob has and he just said no (didn't provide a reason why).
