The quality of service at this napa store has gone down the gutter since they lost their best parts counter salesmen, Bob John and Kevin. If you don't have an exact part number of what you need then don't even bother. You will have better luck at oreillys or napa Jeanette than with these guys.
My 17 yo son needed new front brake pads for his Cobalt. He went to Napa for their lowest priced brake pads. They were 22.99 a set for the front pads. I believe it was Jeremy that helped him? Anyway, he begged my son to not put the cheaper pads on his car. When my son said thats all the money he had, Jeremy offered to sell him the next tier brake pads for the cost of the cheaper ones!
