Standing and waiting for someone to help you is ridiculous. I stood in there for about ten minutes waiting for someone. When the guy got off the phone he just stood there and then took the customer who walked in the door next instead of me without even blinking an eye.
This store needs investigation by corporate. I have had very bad quality service as it relates to hydraulic hose repair. Don't trust what they do because workers attitude is terrible and they do not have proper training. They don't know hoses. I work with private owned napa stores like napa in Olney. They do what you need right away and repair hoses for me all the time. Work done correctly and professionally. Please investigate mt vernon store.
Had all the parts I needed for my brakes . Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable
Had quiet a bit of selection. It is a DS store also!
