My experience was good at Napa family Dental, with the dentist, however, when they called me to make the appointment, I was told how much the mandibular repositioning device would cost, how much the insurance would pay, they told me how much I had to pay up front and then they would bill the insurance and "see" if they would cover it. I told them I would not do it unless the insurance approved it. They said ok and we hung up. They called almost 2 months later and said to go in.
