I had a disappointing experience at Napa Dental. My cleaning was rushed—only 30 minutes instead of the full hour I paid for. They booked a follow-up, but when I arrived, they gave my spot to someone else. I have four young kids and no car, so coming with my husband is already difficult. I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. I came here a few years ago because I really liked Dr. Ali. My experience with him was so great that I referred several family members and friends to this office. I am leaving a one star because of my frustration with their office/reception staff. It is incredibly hard getting a hold of a reception or someone to answer the call. The hours of operation and business is not flexible and very limited. Dr Ali is best
Dr Ali has been tremendous and best in class. All the way 5 star to Napa dental.
By far the absolute best! My entire family goes to Dr. Ali including my 4 year old who looks forward to his dental check ups. As for me, I avoided dentists growing up but my experience with Dr.Ali has been phenomenal! I no longer cringe at the thought or going for my dental check up. He is gentle, walks you through the procedure and most importantly he doesn’t rush you into anything you’re not ready for.
